David P. Beitchman is the Founding Partner of the firm; he oversees all the practice groups and heads the firm’s litigation group. David received his Juris Doctor degree from Whittier College School of Law and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California – Los Angeles.  As a student, David honed his trial skills as a member of the Public Defender’s Office.  In 2003, following the passing of the firm’s other founding Partner, Harry S. Zekian, David founded and continues to administer the Harry S. Zekian Memorial Scholar Award.
